These instructions have been written as general guidelines. If you do not feel confident about performing the Kick Lite™ installation please refer to a professional service installer.

This product is power controlled and water resistant.

IMPORTANT: Before applying the logo on the Kick Lite™ locate the desired mounting location. Most mounting locations can be secured with the supplied two sided tape utilizing the slanted angled surface of the Kick Lite™. For mounting locations that are not practical for two sided tape use the supplied strap and lock tie or a combination of strap and mounting screw.

Once location has been  determined: 

Run wiring or temporarily connect to a 12 volt power source. Black wire connects to negative 12 volt supply. The Red, Green, and Blue wire connect to the switch (not supplied). Requires one switch per color. Connect that color to the switch and terminate other leads. Connect switch to positive 12 volt supply.

NOTE: The Kick Lite™ will not function properly or may burn out if connected to anything other than a 12 volt power supply.  Connecting the Kick Lite™ to a power source greater or lesser than 12 volts will void your Kick Lite™  warranty.

Re-position the Kick Lite™ in desired location.  Turn off any external lights to check the projected logo pattern.  When you are satisfied with the positioning, make a small mark where logo top center will be on side of the Kick Lite™ body where you would like the logo to project.

Make sure the Kick Lite™ lens is clean then apply the logo using the mark you made as a register point.

NOTE:  Laws governing the use of custom lighting vary from state to state.  Some of these lights or colors may not be street-legal in some states, and are offered for parking lot, off-road or show use only.  Please check with your local authorities to determine your governing laws.

For mounting locations that are not practical for two sided tape use the supplied strap and lock tie or a combination of strap and mounting screw.
